The BMe Vanguard Award is a national honor and leadership experience designed to strengthen local and national Black leadership communities rooted in trust, collaboration, and measurable impact. Vanguard leaders grow their skills, expand their networks, and deepen their sense of belonging, while advancing meaningful change in their communities and across systems.

This four-night retreat brings honorees together for advanced training, authentic connection, and intentional self-care. Leaders leave with strengthened Knowledge, Influence, and Networks and are welcomed into a powerful community of BMe Champions from across the country.
